1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bistro Bounce (the "Game"), including our mobile applications for iOS and Android, online services, in-app purchases, social features, and related support services (collectively, the "Services").
The Services are provided by Mobiza Teknoloji, operating under the brand name Mobiza Games ("Mobiza", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
If you use the Services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the minor's parent or legal guardian and agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.
The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required where you live).
- In the United States, you must be at least 13 years old, or have verifiable parental consent if under 13 (COPPA).
- In the EEA/UK, if you are under the age at which you can consent to information society services in your country (typically 13–16, depending on member state), you may use the Services only with parental/guardian consent.
- In Türkiye, Korea, Japan, and other jurisdictions, you must meet the minimum age required by applicable law or use the Services with required parental/guardian consent.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you do not meet eligibility requirements.
3. License and Restrictions
3.1 Limited License
Subject to these Terms, Mobiza grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
3.2 Restrictions
You may not, and may not permit others to:
- copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Services except as permitted by mandatory law;
- use cheats, bots, hacks, mods, unauthorized third-party tools, exploits, or automation;
- interfere with servers, networks, security, or other users' enjoyment;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services or virtual items;
- use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory purposes;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent affiliation;
- scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization;
- bypass payment systems or ad-supported features except through official in-app purchases or rewarded ads;
- upload malware or harmful code;
- violate applicable law or third-party rights.
We may investigate violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, moderation penalties, account suspension, termination, and legal action.
4. Accounts, Device Profiles, and Social Login
4.1 Player Profiles
The Game may create a device-based player profile automatically. You may optionally link Google, Facebook, or Apple / Game Center to save progress across devices.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining control of your device and linked social accounts;
- activity occurring under your profile;
- providing accurate profile information where requested.
We are not liable for loss of progress due to device loss, uninstallation, failure to link a social account, or unauthorized access to your device or social login.
4.2 Account Conflicts
If a social account is already linked to another player profile, the Game may require you to resolve the conflict (for example, by switching profiles or confirming account ownership). Follow in-app instructions or contact support.
4.3 No Ownership of Accounts
Game accounts, player codes, and progress records remain our property. You have a limited right to use them under these Terms.
5. Virtual Items, Currency, and In-App Purchases
5.1 Virtual Items
The Game includes virtual currency (such as coins), consumables, power-ups, cosmetics, lives, subscriptions/passes (such as Chef's Pass), ad-removal entitlements, and other digital content ("Virtual Items").
Virtual Items:
- have no real-world monetary value;
- are not transferable outside the Game except as we expressly allow;
- are licensed, not sold, to you;
- may be modified, rebalanced, added, removed, or discontinued at any time to maintain game integrity, economy, or legal compliance;
- are not redeemable for cash or legal tender.
5.2 Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (or other authorized platform). Platform terms and payment policies apply in addition to these Terms.
Prices, taxes, and available packages may vary by region and platform. All charges are confirmed by the platform at purchase.
You authorize us and the platform to validate purchase receipts/tokens and deliver corresponding Virtual Items or entitlements.
5.3 Subscriptions and Time-Limited Entitlements
Some products (such as Chef's Pass or temporary ad-free access) may be time-limited or auto-renewing depending on the product and platform.
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, platform subscription rules apply, including renewal, cancellation, and refund mechanics.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple/Google account settings.
- Expired entitlements may revert your account to standard free features.
5.4 Restore Purchases
Where supported by the platform, you may use "Restore Purchases" to recover eligible prior purchases on a device/account subject to platform and server validation.
5.5 Refunds
All purchases are final, except where:
- required by mandatory consumer protection law;
- required by Apple App Store or Google Play policies; or
- expressly approved by Mobiza in writing.
Refund requests should first be submitted through the applicable app store. You may also contact support@bistrobounce.com for assistance, but store decisions may control for platform-billed transactions.
6. Advertisements
The Game may display advertisements, including banner, interstitial, rewarded, native, and app-open ads through partners such as Google AdMob and Yandex Mobile Ads.
- Rewarded ads may grant in-game benefits if you choose to watch them.
- Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed.
- Where required, we will request consent for personalized advertising/tracking (including iOS App Tracking Transparency and Google consent tools).
- Purchased ad-removal entitlements apply only for the stated duration/product scope and may not remove all promotional content (for example, cross-promotions or house ads).
7. Social Features, Teams, Chat, and Conduct
7.1 Social Features
The Game may include leaderboards, friends, friend requests, player profiles, teams, team chat, life requests, gifts, and related community features.
Information you share in these features (such as display name, avatar, scores, team membership, and chat messages) may be visible to other players as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.2 Acceptable Use
When using social features, you agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten, or abuse others;
- post hate speech, sexually explicit content, violence, or illegal content;
- share personal data of others without consent;
- spam, advertise, or solicit outside the Game without permission;
- organize cheating, fraud, or account trading;
- evade moderation penalties or create abusive alternate accounts.
7.3 Moderation
We may monitor, filter, remove, or restrict content and accounts using automated tools and human review. We may issue penalties including mutes, suspensions, team removal, feature restrictions, or permanent bans.
You may report inappropriate team messages or conduct through in-game reporting tools where available.
We are not obligated to monitor all user content but reserve the right to do so.
7.4 No Duty to Mediate Player Disputes
We are not responsible for disputes between players, except where required by law.
8. Updates, Availability, and Changes
We may update, patch, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time, including for maintenance, balance changes, security, legal compliance, or business reasons.
You agree that we may deliver updates automatically. Some updates may be required to continue using the Services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services—including software, artwork, animations, audio, characters, trademarks, logos, text, game mechanics, and content—are owned by Mobiza or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant Mobiza a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without compensation or attribution, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate third-party services, including app stores, social login providers, analytics, advertising networks, and cloud providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
Mobiza is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
11. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Game.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, with or without notice, if:
- you violate these Terms;
- we suspect fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
- we discontinue the Services; or
- required by law or platform policy.
Upon termination:
- your license ends;
- you may lose access to Virtual Items and progress, subject to mandatory law and platform rules;
- provisions that by nature should survive will survive (including Sections 5.1, 9, 12–18).
You may request account/data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".
MOBIZA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT VIRTUAL ITEMS OR PURCHASES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- MOBIZA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES; AND
- MOBIZA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MOBIZA FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50 (or local equivalent).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where limitation is prohibited, or statutory consumer rights.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobiza and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
- your use of the Services;
- your content or conduct;
- your violation of these Terms; or
- your violation of any law or third-party rights.
If you are a consumer protected by mandatory local law, this section applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
16.2 Mandatory Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, USA, Korea, Japan, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, you retain all non-waivable rights under local law. Nothing in these Terms reduces those rights.
16.3 Informal Resolution
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact support@bistrobounce.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, unless prohibited by law.
16.4 Courts and Jurisdiction
Subject to mandatory consumer rules:
- disputes may be brought before competent courts in Bursa, Türkiye; and
- consumers in the EEA/UK may also bring claims in their country of residence where required by law.
16.5 Class Action Waiver (Where Permitted)
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND MOBIZA AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, REPRESENTATIVE, OR PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION.
This waiver does not apply where prohibited by law (including certain U.S. state laws).
17. Region-Specific Terms
17.1 European Union / European Economic Area / United Kingdom
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK:
- you may have statutory withdrawal rights for digital content in some circumstances, but by downloading/starting the Game and accepting immediate performance, you may lose the right of withdrawal once digital content delivery begins, where permitted by law;
- platform billing terms may also apply to purchases;
- nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer remedies for defective digital content or services where applicable.
17.2 United States
- The Services are offered in the United States subject to these Terms and applicable federal/state laws.
- For California users, see our Privacy Policy for CCPA/CPRA disclosures and rights.
- Apple/Google are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Game except as required by their policies.
Apple App Store Additional Terms
If you downloaded the Game from Apple's App Store, you acknowledge that:
- these Terms are between you and Mobiza, not Apple;
- Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support services for the Game;
- in the event of failure of the Game to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation;
- Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the Game, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual property infringement;
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Google Play Additional Terms
If you downloaded the Game from Google Play, Google Play terms apply to billing and distribution in addition to these Terms.
17.3 Türkiye
For consumers in Türkiye, mandatory provisions of Turkish consumer protection legislation apply. You may apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts where applicable.
Distance sales and digital content rules may apply to in-app purchases depending on transaction structure and platform billing.
17.4 Republic of Korea
For users in Korea:
- game-related paid services, virtual items, and refund rules may be subject to Korean consumer and game-industry regulations;
- we will provide required notices and comply with mandatory refund/charge policies where applicable;
- you may contact support@bistrobounce.com for billing/support inquiries.
If Korean law requires additional terms (for example, specific business disclosures), we will publish them in-app or on our website.
17.5 Japan
For users in Japan:
- the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and other consumer laws may apply to certain purchase presentations and cancellation/disclosure obligations;
- we will provide legally required merchant information and disclosures where applicable.
18. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet failures, platform outages, governmental actions, or third-party service failures.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent to the extent permitted by law.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any supplemental policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mobiza regarding the Services and supersede prior understandings on the same subject, except for any mandatory platform/store terms.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Game, our website, or other appropriate means as required by law.
Your continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
