Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Bistro Bounce game account and associated personal data. We process requests in line with our Privacy Policy.
How to request deletion
Send an email to:
Subject line suggestion: Bistro Bounce Account Deletion Request
Please include
- Your player code or account ID (shown in the game Settings)
- The platform you play on (iOS or Android)
- The email linked to your social login (Google, Facebook, or Apple), if you use one
- Confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted
What happens next
- We verify your request and may ask for additional information to protect your account.
- After verification, we delete or anonymize personal data unless we must retain some information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons (as described in our Privacy Policy).
- Deleting your account is permanent — progress, purchases, and virtual items cannot be restored.
- Uninstalling the app alone does not delete server-side account data.
